This course provides in-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), covering everything from the foundational Transformer architecture to advanced techniques such as Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agent Systems. Learners will explore key models like BERT, GPT, BART, T5, LLaMA, and Falcon, along with Prompt Engineering strategies to optimize output quality. The course also includes RAG for enhanced information retrieval, and tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applications. Additionally, students will be guided through model fine-tuning with LoRA, deployment optimization using QLoRA and vLLM, as well as developing chatbots and question-answering systems powered by LLMs.
